“Change amid stress” is the theme in our house again this week as we put our first week of homeschooling under our belts, begin soccer (*hopefully for real this time after 3 rain delays), and try to make big plans for the future of our business and family.
If you’re like us, you don’t thrive well in a cycle of on-again off-again, stop-start, hurry-up and wait procedures. No, I like my routine to be rock-steady, thank you very much. To that end, this week’s meals are simple, predictable, and don’t take long.

Just tell the littles that you’re making “special” mac and cheese… and who knows, they might even eat a few of the peas and pancetta bits by mistake.
