Almost there friends! The promised land is within view, and though I’m sure you’re juggling a million other things, I’m hoping that you’ll at least have one extra day to come up for air with the long weekend.

Before we get to this week’s dinner meal plan, I just want to make sure that I share some of our favorite posts that you might find handy for your Memorial Day cookout.

If you’re busting out the grill for the first time, brush up those burger-making skills with our Guide to Grilling Burgers, one of our Favorite 30 Burger Recipes and this Roundup of our Favorite Cookout Sides.

There’s tons of recipes in there to choose from, or if you’re curious what we’ll be eating this year, it’s these Ultimate Mac & Cheese Burgers with a side of 7 Layer Salad or Italian Bowtie Pasta Salad, and some Strawberry Pretzel Jello for dessert. Oh and there’s always a jug of this Mint Sweet Tea.

Have a wonderful holiday and may your last week of May (and hopefully school) be filled with celebrating. Enjoy!

Monday: Mozzarella Burgers

It wouldn’t be right if I didn’t include a burger on Memorial Day. THIS one, however, is unique. We’re subbing in Brioche buns, sun-dried tomato, arugula, pesto aioli, and a thick slice of fresh mozzarella to make this Italian-inspired burger as delicious as it is cheesy.

Food is meant to be shared, and we LOVE sharing our best recipes, photos, meal plans, and tips with you! To join the conversation and get access to our best content, please consider becoming a NeighborFood subscriber.
