I (Will) keep sneaking this recipe back into our personal meal rotation because not only do our kids love it, but you add a tiny bit of customization (some frozen shrimp, tajin seasoning, or buffalo sauce and blue cheese…) and you’ve got a completely unique and outstanding pasta dish that’s WAY better than just plain mac. Also, the leftovers have become my favorite burger topping.
