Did you know that Biscoff cookies can be eaten outside of a Delta airplane? The world is a magical place! I was delighted to find a whole BOX of Biscoff cookies at my local Costco last year, and since then they’ve become a beloved treat in our house. They’re positively lovely dunked into a cup of hot tea, but today we’re using them to make an easy, festive Biscoff Apple Triple.

If you’re a fan of the soft crumbly cookies in Dirt Pudding or the swirls of fruit and whipped cream in Strawberry Fool, you’re going to love this recipe. It’s made with three simple layers:

First, a brown sugar cinnamon whipped cream you can make in about 5 minutes. You’ll also want to save this recipe for topping your cinnamon lattes, pecan tassies, and apple pie.
