With all of the changes happening (new school year / new seasons starting / new business stuff) we all need meals that help us ease the transition, not slow us down while we’re trying to pick up steam.
This week, we’re cooking like we REALLY don’t have time for multiple grocery trips or cooking multiple meals from scratch. This week, ingredients and leftovers roll right on into the next evening’s dinner.
Hopefully you are rolling with the hits just as gracefully.
Linked below is your new weekly grocery shopping list, complete with all the ingredients you’ll need for this week’s meals.
This is a premium feature that we’re rolling out, but will soon be made exclusively for our paid subscribers. If we’re adding value to your meal planning, show us some love and try out a paid subscription.
Now on to this week’s meals!
Monday: Slow Cooker Sweet and Spicy Pulled Pork
Nothing gives you a head start on a week of EASY meals like a big batch slow cooker recipe. This sweet and spicy pulled pork makes incredible sandwiches, and the leftovers are perfect in…
Tuesday: Pulled Pork Rice Bowls
Using fresh summer peppers and corn, these rice bowls really pack great flavor and ingredients in every bite. The fresh avocado lime dressing is dangerously MORE-ish. Go ahead and cook double the rice so that tomorrow night you can have…
Wednesday: Easy Hibachi Fried Rice
It’s as easy as throwing a few frozen veggies and egg into some buttery seasoned rice. The rice sauce is seasoned with soy, mirin, and honey.
Thursday: Sheet Pan Italian Sausage and Potatoes
If you also didn’t make that last cookout happen and you now have a package of bratwurst or uncooked sausage and somed assorted veggies, this simple sheet pan meal is where it’s at.
Friday: Crispy Cod Fish Sandwich
Those brioche buns from monday night get polished off here with our favorite at-home fish sammies made in the AIR FRYER! Don’t feel like you need to make your own tartar sauce, but please hear me when I say that with tartar sauce, you get what you pay for, and the cheapest ones are usually trash.
That’s it! Hope you’re finding your footing as the school year begins. If you have a favorite meal-sequence-combo that makes your life easier, we’d love to hear about it in the comments!
Wishing you a forward-moving week.
So excited you're doing meal plans! Ahhh!! Love you guys 😘 cannot tell you how much of a burden it is to try to figure out what to make each week and taking that off my brain at this stage with multiple littles is well worth a paid subscription! Especially because you have fabulous foodie taste and skills!
Great recipes and a big thank you, why because you are saving me time in the kitchen preparing the meal for today and on🙂, it is so important to me because my hours are up and down being a ICU Nurse you get the picture, plus being a mom of three kids no explanation needed 😊
