Hey all!
I hope you’re enjoying this post holiday week where time is a construct and appetizers and cookies are considered a solid meal.
I wanted to pop in here to let you know about our meal plans, which will start arriving in your inboxes the first week of January!
We have been working so hard to make these as helpful for you as we possibly can, and I can’t wait to share them with you!
Starting in January, paid subscribers will receive a full month meal plan in their inboxes at the first of the month.
This meal plan includes 4 weeks of meals, with five meals for each week, plus a few bonus ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. It is printable AND customizable with a free Canva account, so you can swap meals around and add your own favorites. We want this to work for YOUR LIFE, so you can adapt it to your needs or follow it exactly as written.
Here’s a sneak peek of what the plan will look like!
ALL subscribers will get a 1 week meal plan in their inbox at the beginning of the month.
In addition to the downloadable monthly meal plan, paid subscribers will get that week’s meals in their inboxes every week, with additional tips to make the most out of your groceries and your cooking time each week.
Curious if our meal plans are a good fit for you?
Here’s a little bit more about how we cook, and what you can expect in the plan.
No special diets. We are fortunate to not have any allergies or special dietary needs in our immediate family. That said, I try to include one vegetarian recipe per week and many of my recipes are gluten free friendly.
Seasonal, with plenty of variety. We try to eat intuitively and seasonally. You’ll see a lot of root vegetables and comfort foods in January, corn and tomatoes in July, and so on. We have a mix of grains, pastas, meats, seafood, and veggie-focused recipes.
Shortcuts and time savers. I do not have my life together enough to cook a multi-step main course and a side dish most nights. So, you’ll often see me recommend a homemade main course paired with a store bought side dish or vice versa. I also LOVE a one pot meal, so you’ll see plenty of sheet pan, Dutch oven, and crock pot recipes.
Batch cooking. I love to make a big batch of meat, like Slow Cooker Shredded Beef on a Monday, then use it in meals throughout the week. Or, double up on a rice recipe and repurpose the leftovers on the following night.
Kid-friendly-ish- We have picky kids at home, and I won’t lie and tell you every single recipe is always a home run with them. But we do try to make things that the kids will like OR that can be deconstructed so they’ll eat at least one element of it.
Mostly, but not all, my own recipes. Every single recipe in the meal plans has been tried and tested by my own family. Most of them will link to my site, but I’ll also occasionally throw in some of my favorite recipes from other bloggers.
Sound like the perfect fit for you?
