March Highs and Lows
March Week 4 Meal Plan & Grocery List
From the thrill of victory to the agony of defeat, March really has a way of putting us through the extreme highs and lows. This year, it’s not just the weather, the NCAA tournament, and Easter, but it seems like the feeling is pervasive.
This week my hope for you is that meal time can be a place to celebrate the wins, grieve the losses, and find stability being with those you love.
Here’s the grocery list:
Now on to the meals!
Monday: 30 Min Foil Packet Lemon Dill Tilapia
This Grilled Tilapia is cooked in a foil packet for fool-proof, flaky, flavorful fish fillets every time. Paired with vegetables and a lemon butter sauce, this is an easy dinner you’ll come back to over and over again.
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes
This big batch sloppy joes recipe is perfect for potlucks, tailgating, or just getting a jump on cookout vibes even though there’s still snow in the forecast. Make a big ol crock pot full of this savory sweet classic for your March Madness party.
Wednesday: Panko Crusted Chicken Piccata
Comfort meets sophistication in this Panko Crusted Chicken Piccata! With lightly fried, crispy chicken breast and a buttery lemon caper sauce, this classic chicken dinner is simple to prepare and extremely satisfying to eat.
Thursday: Cheesy Baked Rigatoni
This shareable pasta casserole recipe is easy enough for a weeknight dinner, but fancy enough to make for dinner parties and holiday events. Stretchy cheese hides tender baked pasta that’s stuffed with a rich meaty sauce.
Friday: GF Crustless Quiche Lorraine
This naturally gluten free quiche Lorraine can be whipped up and in your oven in less than 20 minutes. I love serving it with fresh fruit and simple salad greens for a gorgeous brunch or with air fryer potatoes for a kid-pleasing dinner.
