If there’s one meal planning hack that we’ve learned can set you up for success, it’s cook once, use multiple times. Whenever we make a big batch recipe, planning to reuse the leftovers in several more meals makes everything so much simpler! We’re talking less groceries to buy, less leftovers crowding up the fridge, and less wasted food overall.
This week, we’re leading off with a crock pot dish that we can reuse. Then we’re including a nutritious copycat Northstar salad, a brinner, and a simple pasta. By purely happy accident, this week’s meals are all easy to prepare gluten-free. Enjoy!
