When we recently launched a new business, bought a new studio building, and got our kids back to school, the plan was 5 day work weeks, exciting new projects… evolving… momentum… And then life happened.
This week I broke my ankle... again. *Well, really I broke my other foot (the good one). And now that momentum is on pause. I am so frustrated / disappointed, and also, I am bad at having bones.
Thankfully I’m not in much pain and I am finding a new appreciation for my partner, family, neighbors, friends who lend out used medical equipment, and for those of you caring for others.
Even though I won’t be much help in cooking these meals this week, since they’re all pretty quick easy recipes, hopefully you can steal a little extra time with your loved ones when you cook them.
