Nov Week 2 Meal Plan & Grocery List
The theme this week is: meals made perfect with the right sauce.
When you’re dragging your foot around in a walking boot, you tend to take what you’re given, and skip the extra trips to the kitchen to grab the hot sauce, your favorite seasoning sprinkle, or that cup of experimental aoili that you need to get THIS meal dialed in juuuuust right.
Thank heavens my foot is healing. And now that I’m getting around better, I am channeling my inner Bob Ross and treating this week’s meal plan like the blank canvas upon which I shall paint my homemade sauce masterpiece!

Monday: Runza Casserole
Runza is a vintage Nebraskan sandwich recipe with German-Russian roots, but we’ve transformed it into a shareable casserole that takes just under an hour total. The topping of this cheesy, beefy, onion and cabbage classic is a golden flaky crescent roll crust. The pasty-eating Michigander in me can’t help but want to smother this in ketchup, but I will resist.
