Big storms and big feelings were the theme in our house this week. Here’s hoping that this next week, with help from these simple planned meals, we can limit our time in the kitchen and max our time at the table (or out on the patio).
As we process, decompress, and proceed with life as normal, we’re doing our best to lean into spending time outdoors, and more and more into fresher, lighter, seasonally-aspirational ingredients in our meal planning. It’s the culinary equivalent of being hopefully optimistic.
Enjoy!
Monday: 30 Min Potsticker and Tangy Cucumber Salad
Two roads diverged in our kitchen… One where our picky eaters eat dumplings plain, and smother their sliced cucumbers in ranch dressing, and the other where we combine fresh veggies and herbs into a tangy sweet and spicy salad full of crunch and flavor! We just posted this new recipe for our Substack subscribers last week, so this is a perfect time to give it a try. And while you’re at it, make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss more awesome ad-free content like this!
